Maintenance Agreement
Most everything we use in day-to-day life requires some sort of maintenance to keep it operating properly and at peak efficiency. One of the most often overlooked systems requiring regular maintenance is the HVAC system in our homes and businesses. After all, we all rely on these systems to keep our families warm in winter, cool and comfortable in the summer, and filter out pollutants to keep us healthy.
A maintenance agreement is a seasonal, professional cleaning of your heating, air conditioning, and other HVAC equipment.
The benefits of investing in a Year Round Comfort Maintenance agreement include:
-
Protection of Manufacturers’ Warranty - All HVAC equipment manufacturers provide warranties for their products. Failure to properly maintain covered systems may result in voided warranties.
Extended Equipment Life – HVAC systems represent a significant investment for most homeowners. Having equipment cleaned and serviced can greatly extend its life expectancy.
Lower Utility Bills - Your HVAC system can account for up to 50% of your energy usage. Equipment that is clean and properly adjusted operates at peak efficiency which can ultimately save you money on your utility bills by reducing your energy usage by up to 35%.
Low Cost Repair and Replacement – Our maintenance agreement entitles you to a 15% discount on all future purchases and repairs.
Priority Scheduling- Should you need emergency service, with our maintenance agreement you are entitled to priority scheduling over non-contract customers.
Easy and Convenient - With our maintenance agreement you don’t need to remember to schedule this appointment. We will contact you prior to when your equipment is due for service, and then coordinate the work around your schedule.
